Shipping Policy
Our delivery service covers all of Brazil in partnership with the Post Office.
The values are calculated taking into account the postal code, order value, weight, and dimensions of the box/envelope.
All orders are prepared for shipment within 2 business days after being processed on our website. Therefore, it's important to consider these days in addition to the postal service's delivery time.

In Rio de Janeiro, we also offer Rio Delivery (cost of 10 reais) and Merchandise Pickup (free of charge).

Return and Exchange Policy
Our exchange and return policy is based on the Consumer Protection Code and prioritizes trust and speed. You can request an exchange or return of your order completely free of charge.
It is important to observe the following conditions:
- After receiving your product, we have up to 5 (five) business days to analyze the condition of the item and proceed with the refund or issuance of a store credit;
The product must show no signs of use or damage.
If any discrepancy or violation of the product is identified, we will not accept the exchange/return and will send the product back to the sender.
The product should preferably be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and the correct parts.
If you purchased a product on sale or used a discount coupon and would like to exchange it, the value paid for the product at the time of purchase will always be valid. If the promotion ends, your voucher will be for the value paid for the product at the time of purchase, i.e., the promotional price, even if exchanged for the same product.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. Items are exchanged for a store credit; we do not exchange for other products. Please note that the shipping cost for the first exchange is on us.
RETURN POLICY
If you decide to return the product, you have up to 7 calendar days after receiving it to request a return. The refund amount will be the same as the purchase price.
You will need to open a request in our system to send the parts. After receiving and analyzing them, we have a period of 7 business days to process the refund.
Please note that the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the order.
In the case of credit cards: the cancellation of the debit will be requested from your card issuer, and the refund may appear on up to two subsequent billing statements.
For payments made via bank transfer or payment slip, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
